Refunds & Returns

If for any reason a client is dissatisfied with an EverEscents, Clever Curl or Eco Style Project product, please let us know via the toll-free 1300 856 744 or email contact@ethicalbrandco.com.au and we will be happy to discuss their concerns with you and offer a solution. Ethical Brand Co will happily provide a replacement, exchange or full refund of the salon’s cost in order to provide a solution best suited to the client.

In the event that products are deemed faulty and / or there is a discrepancy in the delivery, please let us know within 5 working days from receipt of your order. Products may be replaced or credited, or in some cases refunded at the discretion of Ethical Brand Co.
