Terms of Trade

1. Definitions; "Seller" shall mean United Strategies Pty Ltd it's subsidiaries and its successors including but not limited to Ethical Brand
Co, EverEscents Organic Hair Care, Eco Style Project, Clever Curl and Noosa Naturals. "Buyer" shall mean the buyer, guarantor or any
person acting on behalf of the buyer. "Goods" shall mean any products sold by the Seller to the Buyer.

2. All prices are as per the current price list and the Seller reserves the right to update the price list at any time and will notify the Buyer
via email communication of any price list or promotional activity.

3. The Buyer agrees that all orders must be prepaid prior to dispatch.

4. Payment will be accepted by credit card or internet transfer.

5. All goods remain the property of the Seller until all goods are paid for in full.

6. All orders will incur a freight charge for delivery of goods from the Seller to the Buyer and will be at the cost of the Buyer. The Buyer agrees to accept delivery of the goods. The buyer agrees to only sign for receipt of goods that are delivered in full and in good order. Once the Buyer has signed for receipt of goods all risk is borne by the Buyer.

7. Transit times vary depending on location and the Seller cannot guarantee delivery on certain days.

8. Delivery of goods is only available Monday to Friday and if the Buyer does not trade any of those days the Seller requires an alternate delivery address to avoid redelivery fees. The Buyer accepts responsibility for redelivery fees.

9. Buyers that operate as a home-based salon must accept an ATL (authority to leave) to be automatically given to the courier to avoid redelivery fees. 

10. The Buyer agrees that orders sent with StarTrack courier will be left in a safe place upon delivery, and orders sent with TNT courier will require a signature for delivery.

11. For Buyer claims regarding goods that are faulty and/or any discrepancy of delivery the Buyer agrees to report to the Seller within
five (5) working days from receipt of goods. At the sole discretion of the Seller goods may be replaced or credited, or in some cases
refunded.

12. The Buyer is only authorised to retail the goods to the consumer within their normal retail business within Australia. Any intention to
sell the goods via an online store or other means must have the prior written approval by Ethical Brand Co.

13. The Buyer agrees to abide by the Seller's brand guidelines and participate in promotional activity when appropriate.
