Delivery Conditions
All orders are shipped with our selected couriers TNT and StarTrack. We do our best to ship orders promptly after receiving them which is usually the same day or the next business day. Please allow more time during sale or product launch periods.
Delivery information can be viewed at any time using your order tracking details. You will receive an email including the tracking details once your order has been dispatched from our warehouse.
Delivery Options
Orders are shipped with TNT or StarTrack based on the business delivery address, see below.
- TNT is preferred for business address deliveries, signature is required for delivery.
- StarTrack is preferred for residential address deliveries, Authority to Leave is mandatory for delivery.
What is Authority to Leave?
Authority to Leave (ATL) in shipping terms grants the delivery service the authority to leave a package in a safe place if the delivery address is unattended. A carrier cannot leave a package unattended in a public place with high foot traffic such as an apartment or unit complex, public street or walkway, unattended mail rooms, or locations not protected from weather or pets.
Parcels that cannot be left unattended are taken back to a local post office or courier depot, and a card is left at the delivery address to notify of this action. Parcels must then be collected from the post office. Otherwise, parcels returned to the courier depot can be redelivered upon request.
Please note that couriers deliver 5 days a week regardless of the delivery instructions provided.
